Looking for a fun family activity, or craving to get out of the house and have some fun?

Book a private macaron workshop!

We teach you all the basics you need to know to make macarons at home! You’ll choose the flavour you want to make during the workshop, and we’ll show you everything from how to make the shells and fillings, to the different filling techniques. You’ll enjoy a sampling of our savoury macarons paired with a glass of bubbles while the shells are sizzling away in the oven. It has long been a Bon Macaron custom to share the macarons at the end of the workshop, so everyone goes home with a mix of the different flavours made during the workshop!

Following provincial guidelines we are currently only hosting private workshops, so that people from the same household or bubble can join together safely. We run our workshops from Tuesday to Saturday with a start time from 11am to 2pm. The workshop lasts around 2h to 3h depending on how big the group is.

How can I book a workshop?

If you are interested in booking a workshop please contact us via email on vic@bonmacaronpatisserie.com for Victoria workshops or van@bonmacaronpatisserie.com for Vancouver workshops with your preferred date and starting time and we will get you booked in!

What is your Covid procedure?

All students and staff are required to wear a mask and gloves during the workshop. We provide gloves and have cute little macaron masks available for $20 in case you forget yours. Furthermore our workshop tables are spread out 6ft according to provincial health rules so that everyone can safely have fun baking!

Please note that all workshops are non refundable and can be rescheduled once as long as we are given 7 days notice.
